Maintenance Person

The Manawatu Community Trust (MCT) is a Council Controlled Organisation providing affordable, modern, healthy and sustainable housing to our tenants.
We're looking for a Maintenance Person to provide a wide range of day-to-day maintenance and repairs services to our housing and commercial properties.
As the Maintenance Person, you will be based in our Feilding office.
Your core focus is attending to minor building and ground maintenance tasks, assisting in the renovation of properties and being proactive when it comes to preventative maintenance.
You'll be interacting with our tenants and contractors on a daily basis, so you know what high-quality customer care looks like, as you're the full package!
Ideally, you're a licensed tradie, but this isn't essential.
What's key, is your practical, hands-on experience in maintenance tasks and your ability to engage with others and work as a team to ensure the needs of our community are met.
