This is an exciting and rewarding position helping to make a difference in people's lives by ensuring the maintenance of the buildings, plant and equipment in our residential homes and other premises.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring all Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust's land, facilities, plant, mechanical and electrical equipment is maintained, is compliant with the relevant standards, and fit for purpose
Managing your repair and maintenance budget and ensuring that planned and ad hoc maintenance is completed on time and to a high standard
Managing any contractors coming on site to undertake maintenance and repairs
Coordinating fleet vehicle maintenance schedules including servicing and WOF's
Providing leadership and direction for the Maintenance person

You will hold a relevant mechanical or electrical tertiary trade qualification with a current practising certificate
Have a minimum 5 years of experience
Experience essential in the maintenance of older buildings

The Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust is an independent, not-for-profit, community rehabilitation and residential support provider. Our residential service provides long term support and rehabilitation for younger people with neurological conditions, including acquired or traumatic brain injury.
