Maintenance Electrician

We have an exciting opportunity at our Finegand site for a motivated and skilled Electrical Tradesperson to join our large team. Regardless of if you are coming from a commercial background and looking to upskill into industrial or have industrial electrical expertise and are looking for the path forward in your career, our largest site in the South Island and fantastic, like-minded engineering team could be just the vehicle to take you there.

This role is critical in providing electrical services, including the installation and day-to-day maintenance/reliability of our ranging industrial equipment, as well as project work both now and in the future.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

Current NZ electrical registration and practising license

Excellent general knowledge of electrical repair and maintenance

Ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions on a timely basis

Be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a large team

Computer literacy and PLC experience would be a distinct advantage
