What you'll do:
Create, develop and execute promotions, integrated campaigns and events that engage with current and potential listeners across a full spectrum of touchpoints.
Work with Content Director, Marketing, Digital Content Producers and Integration team to grow Mai audience engagement and maximise revenue opportunities.
Deliver best in class creative promotions, events and integrated content solutions.
Develop and implement a comprehensive 12-month promotional plan.
Explore, develop and execute content and campaigns across all platforms for Mai.
Initiate brainstorms and strategic planning sessions to ensure objectives are met.
Ensure all promotions run on-air at a high standard with all promotional material and information being correct.
Partner with teams throughout MediaWorks to plan and coordinate promotions for our clients which align to the Mai brand.
Set promotions targets and comprehensively manage budgets for every promotion ensuring that they are operating within the agreed levels.
Analyse post promotional reporting to learn and improve on execution, engagement and performance.
