Machinist

Our Client, Aspire Joinery, is a New Zealand owned and operated joinery business, specialising in Kitchens. They have an opportunity to join their team as a Machinist.
To be successful in this role you must be/have:
At least 2 years of experience as a Timber or Wood Machinist/Machine OperatorStrong mechanical aptitude and communication skillsGood communication skillsAble to work unsupervised and in a team environmentHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent organisational and time management skills to ensure you manage your workloadHonest and reliable with a good attitude and work ethicHave a forklift licence (desired but not essential)Your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:
Fabricating and product assembly Quality control Machine maintenanceStack completed jobs ready for assemblyEnsuring all paperwork is completed correctlyHealth and SafetyIf you think you have the right attitude and skills to be successful in this role, we would love to hear from you!
