Machine Operator & Team Coordinator - Plastics Manufacturing Plant Are you a skilled machine operator with a knack for teamwork and leadership? We're a blue-collar temp agency looking for a dedicated individual to join one of our key clients, a plastics manufacturing plant, and take on a dual role: machine operator and on-site temp coordinator.
About the Role:
As a Machine Operator, you'll work within our client's production plant, gaining hands-on experience in various departments:
Washplant – where incoming recycling is washed and prepared for processing.Extrusion – where recycled materials are transformed into plastic rolls.Thermoforming – where finished products are created and packed. You'll also be our on-site point of contact, helping onboard new temp workers, providing guidance as they start, and supporting them with questions.
What We're Looking For: Experience as a machine operator or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing setting.Leadership skills to assist and guide team members as they settle into their roles.Reliability and strong communication abilities to ensure smooth on-site operations.A positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.
