LV2 Service Desk AnalystSummary:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our client's dynamic IT support team in Auckland for an initial 3-month period. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to help deliver high-quality support services to end-users. You will be responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 support tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.Log and manage support tickets in the IT service management system.Assist users with password resets, system configurations, and basic IT queries.Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate higher-level support teams when necessary.Key Requirements:Previous experience in a Service Desk, IT Support, or Helpdesk role.Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshdesk, etc.).Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).ITIL Foundation certification or similar IT support qualifications.What's next:If you would like to be considered, please click the APPLY button.
