AMS combines large-scale field deployment and operations, with a cutting-edge data business focused on ‘near real-time’ delivery of big data and analytics to support the efficient functioning of the overall electricity markets in New Zealand and Australia.
About the Role
This is primarily an administration role within our friendly and busy logistics & purchasing team based in Christchurch. A key point of contact, you will liaise with a wide range of both internal and external customers - such as third party warehouse and logistics providers, Field Service providers and the wider Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Gas Metering Services (GMS) teams across maintenance, sales and project management.
You will be responsible for inventory related tasks, including purchasing and administration, data entry, reporting and forecasting requirements using a range of systems plus, audit and stocktake. There is also a big emphasis on maintaining and improving our multiple data base systems.
