Logistics Coordinator

Fern Ridge Fresh is a produce export company based in Hawke's Bay, working with growers in the premium growing regions of New Zealand.

This role is pro rata salaried at 30 hours per week – working 40 hours during the season and 20 hours out of season.
In this role you'll be: Sending and receiving export container order loadouts to Coolstores
Overseeing export market suitability
Packhouse liaison ensuring packing plans and specifications are met
Ensuring market programme product requirements are met
Maintaining market registrations, audits, governing body requirements
Entering data & performing other associated admin duties
Working with deadlines
Potentially a Social Media Champion
Requirements for the role: Apple or horticulture industry and/or Snap Sales System experience will be advantageous, but not essential
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, time management
Be proficient in Excel (pivot table knowledge is desired)
Work well under pressure in a team environment
