Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the successful candidate will possess the necessary hardworking and confident personality traits to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our live chat platform- Build strong relationships with customers and effectively communicate Tenet Healthcare's services and offerings- Conduct negotiations with customers to address concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet quality and productivity goals set by the company

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred- Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Hardworking attitude and confidence in interacting with customers
