Live Chat Representative

Skellerup Holdings is seeking a resourceful and resilient Live Chat Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we require candidates to have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through chat interactions- Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure data security and confidentiality- Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations quickly- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively- Proficiency in using chat software and other related tools- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations- Willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills and knowledge- Must be detail-oriented and have a high level of accuracy in your work We offer travel and spending expenses, travel opportunities, and training and professional development to help you grow in your career.
