About the Role
We're looking for an organised and dedicated Litigation Support Officer to join a collaborative legal team. Previous legal experience preferred but not essential. In this role, you'll provide confidential and efficient support to managers and staff within Legal Services, assisting with a range of litigation, administrative, and secretarial tasks. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of litigation processes and general office management.
Key Responsibilities Litigation Support: Manage correspondence, maintain electronic diaries, update databases, prepare legal documents, and handle file management. Liaise with Court staff, internal teams, and external legal professionals to support litigation processes.Administrative and Secretarial Support: Oversee office functions, including stationery and supplies, timesheet and leave record management, site meeting coordination, and maintenance of office vehicles. Provide confidential secretarial assistance to the Team Manager.Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance litigation and administrative processes within Legal Services. Participate in projects and support ongoing development and innovation.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Litigation Support staff to ensure smooth operation and support across the legal team. Share expertise, assist colleagues, and participate in peer review.About You

You bring experience in administration and support roles and the ability to work confidentially and efficiently.
