Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth client conversations to identify gaps in insurance coverage and provide tailored advice.
Assist clients with everyday insurance queries and claims, ensuring the best outcomes.
Acquisition focused role where you will be on the road providing solutions to our clients and networking with the local communities to promote your brand as the local Life and Health adviser.
Training and educating your colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge.
Adapt quickly within a fast-paced team environment to deliver exceptional and seamless service.
What You Bring:
A proactive work ethic, ability to multi-task & manage your workload efficiently.
Preferred New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services – Level 5 with Life, Health & Disability.
A history of providing exceptional, value-driven service to clients.
The ability to recognise opportunities, adapt, innovate, and drive productivity.
Strong and genuine relationship-building skills with clients and business partners.
Knowledge on assessing financials, Life & Health products and the Life & Health industry.
Ability to analyse client's situation and identify risk gaps.
