We have exciting new roles here at MAS after establishing our new Life and Investment Centre!
We're looking for Advisers that will help build and shape our Centre from scratch alongside the Life and Investment Centre Manager.
Along with this, you'll provide exceptional experiences to our Members through quality phone-based advice.
This advice is provided through establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with existing MAS Members.

What a day in the role might look like You'll be responsible for providing phone-based advice with retention being at the core of your conversations, you'll also be encouraging them to interact with MAS for all their Life and Investment inquiries.
Using your active listening and exceptional customer service skills, you'll be having needs-based conversations, understanding the goals of our Members ensuring they have the right products in place.
You'll share the MAS brand and proposition and from there, develop and implement sales strategies to obtain revenue growth, ensuring your individual and collective targets are met.
Where advice is provided, you'll be following up and presenting written letters of advice to our Members outlining Life and investment risk recommendations.
Continuous improvement - you'll be passionate about making things better for our Members, always striving for the best solutions and outcomes.
Relationship building - creating and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with our MAS Members.
Key attributes and experience we are looking for Your background and experience will be in insurance, specifically Life and Investments, you could also have experience in banking or financial services.
Ideally, you'll have your National Certificate in Financial Services (NCFS) Level 5 or MAS equivalency.
Sales and retention experience is key, you'll understand how to drive existing business forward and create new opportunities.
You'll understand the insurance advice process, insurance risks, and how to apply insurance and investment solutions.
Hold knowledge about Life and Investment policies, packages and understand risk and compliance as it relates to the insurance industry.
Member centric - you'll have the mindset of how you can continually improve and make things better.
Communication, growth mindset and problem-solving skills, are things that will see you being successful in this role.
