Fluid Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy in search of a senior surveyor to join one of their new purpose-built offices located in the CBD.
Employing approximately 70 staff across Christchurch & Auckland, they are heavily focused on innovation in the land development sector.
This opportunity is catered to an individual who is looking to be responsible for project delivery on Christchurch's prominent developments.
Joining this organisation, an individual will be provided the opportunity to lean into their existing experience, from laser scanning and UAV work to construction surveying.
The firm has an extensive project pipeline from both new and repeat clients across both the North and South islands, including the Metro Sports Centre and Te Kaha Stadium developments locally.
Being a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with NZ-based cadastral knowledge is crucial for this role.
Only candidates based in New Zealand will be considered for this position.
You will Have extensive knowledge of subdivision, cadastral and land surveying projects within New Zealand with a proven track record A relevant survey related qualification (LCS) Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the cadastral/land surveying sector Have experience in the operation of modern scheduling/ programming systems and technologies Possess excellent organisation skills to aid your ability to work autonomously to manage and progress complicated projects Enjoy building relationships with clients and within a diverse work environment The role You will be using the latest surveying equipment to complete land development projects, with a focus on large-scale residential developments for private clients.
Being involved from conception to completion you will be responsible for managing varied projects from across the region working alongside in-house planners and engineers.
