The opportunity The firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide full-time administrative support to the partner and wider team in the Albany office.
This role is busy and varied and will require someone with excellent time management skills.

Primarily supporting the Partner and lawyers with a wide range of administrative tasks ie, diary management, word processing, coordinating client calls and meetings etc; ?
Opening, maintaining and closing files; ?
Drafting and preparing legal documents; ?
Communicating with clients about updates on case progress; ?
Obtaining client due diligence material and AML compliance; ?
Liaising with the authorities as needed; ?
Monthly billing, preparation of invoices and statements, and team debt collection; ?
Screening potential clients and allocating to the author(s); ?
General administrative support to the rest of the team.
What you'll bring.
?
+2 years experience as a Legal Secretary or professional services administrator, ideally across property law.
?
Outstanding client care skills.
?
Confident with MS365 suite and other online platforms (experience with iManage &Aderant an advantage but not essential).
?
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
?
Attention to detail and accuracy.
?
Comfortable handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
?
Superior communication skills.
?
Initiative and problem-solving skills.
?
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a professional yet down-to-earth approach.
