Legal Executive - Specialist In Estate Administration

We are looking for a skilled legal executive with expertise in Estate Administration, to join our dynamic Personal Planning and PropertyTeam.
This varied and dynamic role provides essential support with a focus on personal affairs - wills, trusts, estates, conveyancing, property, and succession law matters. The role places a strong focus on client engagement and providing an exceptional client experience, as well as bringing your wealth of knowledge to support team members.

The Opportunity
This fantastic opportunity will see you managing a varied portfolio of clients and you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of work:
Strengthen and nurture client relationships, while delivering an outstanding client experience by consistently adding value, aiming to make a positive impact for each client interaction
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation as well as managing a variety of transactions
Gather and organise external documentation, such as share transfer forms or investment portfolio transfers, to streamline processes
Manage company matters including incorporation and ongoing administration, aligning with legal and regulatory standards
Manage all financial transactions, ensuring transparency and accuracy in billing practices
Exhibit initiative and collaboration to enhance team processes, driving efficiencies and promoting knowledge sharing within the team
About You
Qualification as a legal executive (and is registered)
At least 5 years' experience in a legal executive role with specialist knowledge in estate administration
A competent and developing legal professional, committed to CPD requirements and a desire to learn new technologies to improve efficiency and client experience
Proficiency in either InfinityLaw or ActionStep software is desirable, and across MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Personable and approachable: strong client relationships are essential and one of the foundations of the success of Govett Quilliam
Confident and proactive - we want someone who demonstrates initiative, brings innovation and thinks outside the box, and isn't afraid to tackle complex legal challenges head-on
