Learning Support Coordinator

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Maori, The arts 1PMU We are seeking a learning support coordinator in a permanent, non-teaching position here at Masterton Intermediate School, starting on Thursday, January 23, 2025.
This role includes 1PMU as a SENCO.
We are seeking applicants who are able to develop positive relationships with our akonga and their whanau.
This position would also involve working with support agencies, our Whakaoriori Kahui Ako, as well as leading the transition process to and from our kura takawaenga.
The successful applicant will be responsible for programmes that support our students' learning needs as well as their behavioural, emotional, and social requirements.
They will also be responsible for our learning assistants and teacher aides.
