You'll contribute to embedding a Te Ao Maori perspective into their practices, ensuring cultural competency and inclusivity in all that they do.If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for hands-on learning design, this role offers the perfect balance to consult, innovate and deliver.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Assist leadership in developing and implementing a workforce capability strategy.Analyse sector and member data to identify skills gaps and design targeted L&D initiatives.Develop and maintain an L&D framework, learning pathways, and resources.Design and deliver L&D programmes focused on technical and core competencies.Oversee the evolution of a leadership programme to strengthen leadership capabilities.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of L&D products and services.Ensure all L&D offerings are high-quality, effective, and aligned with sector needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are relevant, profitable, and impactful.Track and report on the impact of all offerings, using data to optimise outcomes.Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams and with external partners.Skills & ExperienceYou will bring:Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development programmes that drive measurable results.Creative learning design and development experience including knowledge of authoring tools.Strong analytical skills to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously optimise L&D initiatives.Excellent project management abilities, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners and knowledge-sharing within the sector.Experience in budgeting, pricing, and managing the profitability of L&D offerings.A genuine passion for developing people, with a focus on continuous improvement and impact.Commitment to fostering a Te Ao Maori perspective, actively building tikanga Maori into daily work and practices, and have an understanding and commitment to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi.What's on OfferA vibrant, collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and your contributions make a real difference – got an idea?
