The role primarily exists to develop and execute the learning and development strategy including technical and non-technical training and assessment.
Your key focus areas Develop Org Dev strategy
Evaluate L&D needs
Develop training plans
Work with RTOs - Registered Training Organisations
Develop a training library
Develop and implement apprenticeship and trainee programs
Contribute to the Graduate Program
Develop and establish Driver Academy
Stakeholder for Emerging Leader Program
Develop onboarding and training framework for blue-collar workforce
Develop a competency framework and assessments for drivers
Design and deliver courses, workshops, and training packages
Implement coaching, job-shadowing, online learning
Document control and record keeping
Establish relevant reporting methodology against KPIs
Your experience To be successful in the role you will need the following:
Cert IV Training and Assessment
Degree - psychology, social science, education, business, or relevant.
Managed OD training, development, and assessment functions in an industrial setting.
Experience developing quality training content and relevant tools
Delivery of training programs
Experience with LMS (Learning Management System)
