Leadership Performance Coach - Wellington & Midlands Region Distribution Capability has an opportunity for a Leadership Performance Coach to join their team on a permanent basis. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with the Personal Banking business, collaborating with their leaders, to support them in achieving their business unit's objectives.
As a Leadership Performance Coach, you will actively promote the benefits of ASB Shine Leadership, Coaching tools, and techniques.
Your portfolio will cover the Wellington and Midland Advice Centre region. You will be working closely with the Regional and Advice Centre Managers to provide training and coaching on our key ASB Shine techniques. With your all-round expertise, you will be adding value to both the business and our customers through the training and coaching of ASB Shine initiatives.
Success in this role will come from being able to inspire credibility from your existing skills and experience within the retail sector, your passion for the company, and the ability and love of imparting your knowledge onto others. Outstanding written and verbal communication, proven presentation, and facilitation skills, along with experience in developing and implementing coaching plans, are essential.
As your portfolio covers the Wellington region, you will be required to travel to the branch locations within these areas. There is some flexibility around where you are based within the Region.
