Lead Mechanic

We are on the look out to fill a brand new position as Lead Mechanic/Forman in our small locally owned business which opens weekdays 8am-5pm, weekend work may be required occasionally and is negotiable.
The successful candidates role will include:
-Servicing and repairs on farm machinery such as quads and motorbikes.
-Management of 2-3 other mechanics/apprentice in the workshop.
-Management of incoming and outgoing bikes
-Completing and signing off on customer job invoicing
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
-Good management Skills
-Experience working as a Mechanic with a relevant qualification
-Experience servicing & maintaining small engine equipment
-Independent and able to take initiative
-Capable of completing required paperwork
-Able to motivate staff and self to conduct higher production and efficiency results
-Have a positive attitude, taking ownership of your work
-Excellent communications skills
