We are seeking a qualified, professional baker with coffee-making experience. Our established café is about to reopen, refreshing in preparation for our reopening as a Continental style bakery.
We are looking for an experienced baker who is a master in making sweet pastries in the viennoiserie tradition.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Café to ensure production goals are achieved.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a willingness to pass on knowledge to other team members, adding value to a healthy work environment.
Work with our operations management to grow our team's capability.
Maintain a strong knowledge of bakery and equipment.
Be a great communicator who enjoys leading and working with a team.
Assist with product development using your creative flair.

Background in baking in a café environment.
Minimum of 3 years previous food handling and bakery experience.
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday (and occasionally weekends during peak seasons). Full-time with guaranteed 30 hours of work weekly. Evenings (when we have functions).
