The Opportunity
We are on the hunt across NSW for great people to join us at HealthShare NSW as Laundry Assistants within our Linen Services teams.
In this role, you will work in a large linen production facility and will be responsible for various duties including sorting of linen, ironing, folding, packing, loading, and unloading of washers, dryers, and cleaning of laundry machinery to a high standard.
Above all, we are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the healthcare of our patients.

Eligibility Requirements

All our roles require candidates to have Australian work rights (Australian citizens, permanent residents, valid work visa).
This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for Tuberculosis (TB). The full list of required vaccinations are outlined in the NSW Health OASV Policy.
You will be required to complete the OASV Undertaking / Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool during the recruitment process.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
New applicants must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate.
