If you possess strong business acumen, resilience, and the confidence to contribute to a team that encourages bold thinking and decisive action, we want to hear from you.A day in the life of the role:Developing and executing robust customer plans aligned with the company's strategic and tactical market/category plans to achieve growth targets.Implementing business strategy while managing customer forecasts and taking ownership of promotional programs.Identifying growth opportunities and creating efficiencies in line with the business plan.Cultivating and nurturing customer relationships to optimize business opportunities.Ensuring delivery by collaborating with internal teams - Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Supply & others.What will you bring to the table?Minimum 3-5 years of Key Account management experience in a similar FMCG role.Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships.Strong financial analysis ability and organisational skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Previous experience in managing head office relationships with category managers, particularly with New World, Pak n Save, Four Squares, and Gilmour's, would be advantageous.What is in it for you?Benefits package including medical and life insurance.Staff sales on company products.A supportive team environment.Kiwisaver up to 4%.Be part of our market-leading organisation.Need any more reasons to make the move?
