About the role:The Key Accounts Administrator is responsible for providing excellent service to key PGG Wrightson Ltd customers by being a direct point of contact. Working closely with Customers and various internal stakeholders, this role will manage overdue debt, payment allocations and customer queries ensuring accurate account management. Duties & Responsibilities:Provide accurate and timely administrative support to key customers and senior managers.Maintain accurate and up to date customer information in order to provide effective service when handling enquiries.Action incoming requests for write offs, refunds and interest reversals in line with DLA. Skills and experience:Experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Relevant experience of Accounts Receivable practices.Strong administrative and organisational skills with high level accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.Strong customer service skills.
