Mo te turanga e rapua | For the role and who we're looking for: This is a permanent full-time role and involves general office duties, agenda setting, minute taking, planning and coordination of various meetings, events and stakeholder engagement. Additional duties include assisting with external communication tasks, supporting the project team and backfilling EA support for the Senior Leadership Team. The position will report to the Kaiwhakahaere Whakahou Kaupapa - Continuous Improvement Manager and form part of a small team of dedicated professionals.
This is a busy role, that will offer interesting, varied, and challenging work.
Nga ahuatanga angitu | To be successful in the role: Ideally you will have experience as an administrator in a regulatory environment and have a good understanding of the health sector. You will be a person who enjoys working in a small and focused team and you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and have a high-level of integrity and judgement. A suitable tertiary qualification is also desirable.
The successful applicant will be required to work 40 hours p/w 5 days a week.
