About the role We are looking for a Kaiako kohukahuka ECE teacher to work in our teaching team.
Working in our Kotuku (3.5–5 year) room, Kaiako kohukahuka will primarily be responsible for: Design and implementation of Individual, Group and Centre Learning Plans.
Utilising the ENGAGE Programme in the teaching and learning space.
Attending fortnightly paid staff meetings contributing to internal evaluations and training.
Ensuring our tamariki are learning in a safe space allowing them to grow at their own pace with a strengths-based focus.
Support other Kaiako with teaching plans and activities.
Encouraging whanau to be informed and involved with the activities and experiences at the centre.
