We import quality parts from Europe and assemble in our factory in Panmure. We canvas fabricate, weld, design and install these products. Every day is different and working with a great team makes the time fly by.Reports to: Production Manager,Direct reports: NilHours: You can expect a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am start.Responsibilities:Installation of awnings, drop curtains, and shade sailsCollection and delivery of powder coating and galvanisingPickup materials and supplies as requiredAssembly of lateral arm awnings and drop curtainsStripping of lateral arm and fixed frame awnings where requiredDispatch trade orders ex factoryRestocking shelves when product is received in storeMonitoring of stock levels – notify the Production Manager when running lowWearing personal protective equipment when requiredRecording the time taken on a job on the job progress folderRecording all incidents in the health and safety registerQuality control of all products prior to leaving the factoryUsing safe practice when using ladders and heavy liftingKeeping dispatch and assembly area clean and tidyOther work as may be required from time to timeAccountabilitiesDispatch trade orders ex factory within 2 working days and 5 days for kitsets where product is availablePrompt return to the factory when collecting/dropping offLabelling product that is collectedCareful handling of products to ensure no damageInstallations completed to a high standardExperience/Skills requiredNeed to be honest and reliableNeed to be physically fit and strongNeed to have attention to detail and pride in your workNeed to have a basic knowledge of tools including Drills and hand toolsNeed to be comfortable working at heightAPPLY NOW!
