You will play a pivotal role in developing compelling and engaging content that captures the spirit of our brand and resonates with our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:- Design visually appealing and effective assets for various platforms including print, digital, social media, and multimedia presentations- Develop engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media posts, email newsletters, display ads, and website graphics- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a wide range of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and marketing- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and incorporate feedback to deliver exceptional results.- Prepare final artwork files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to printing specifications.- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the visual identity of the brand and contribute innovative ideas to elevate overall design quality and effectiveness.
Requirements:- Proven experience working (minimum 12 months) as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and successful projects- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for various mediums- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
