If your idea of a good sandwich is Tuna Mayo like your gran makes then please don't bother responding. I need a second in command, someone to back him/her up and a couple of commies to bang out a ton of semi fancy food in a kitchen not much bigger than a small double bedroom and you will also have to put up with my wife cos she is the real boss. Those without passion need not apply. The money is reasonable and relevant to experience. You will be required to work 30-60 hours per week dependant on time of year and busy-ness. You will be payed for every hour that you work plus a share of tips. In fact if you are awesome and have actual cooking skills, you'll probably be my best friend and ill let you put on whatever horrible music you enjoy and buy you a beer. I don't care if you're super outgoing or actually mute. I don't care if you have tattoos. I don't care about anything other than you are fast enough not to be in the weeds constantly and you want to be part of something genuine and good. We are a great team. You can learn a lot and you can have a good degree of freedom. Come and be part of a team in pursuit of cooking the best food in the Coromandel.
