Join our dynamic Technology team at Sky New Zealand as an ITSM Governance Service Manager. In this crucial role, you will oversee the quality of IT service management across Sky and our partner TCS, ensuring operational effectiveness and accountability for key performance indicators. You'll be instrumental in shaping our service management framework, monitoring service delivery, and driving continuous improvements.
As the ITSM Governance Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to establish service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure that all ITSM services meet our high standards. Your leadership will be essential in developing measurement techniques for our IT and broadcast platforms, integrating security operations, and facilitating compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an ITSM operational framework in partnership with TCS and other key departments.
Create and maintain a comprehensive service catalogue, including agreed KPIs and monitoring processes.
Drive operational improvement plans and efficiency initiatives to enhance IT service delivery.
Collaborate with the PMO and other teams to align ITSM services with organizational goals.
Monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and facilitating service improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
ITSM certification and extensive experience in applying ITSM service frameworks.
Extensive operational experience, including expertise in managing outsourced models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
Preferred experience in planning roles within larger NZ companies.
