As NVIDIA Authorized Solutions Partner, we are looking for individual with interest in providing the best solutions and services to customers.TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERResponsibilities:Provide external and internal computer system technical support includes hardware & software installation, system integrations, trouble shooting etc.Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and on-site in Singapore.Provide documentations, technical consultations and proposals as needed. Performing other duties as and when assigned.Requirements:Computer/IT and relevant Diploma or Degree may apply. General Knowledge in Computer Hardware, Software and Networking.Familiar with AI/HPC/Deep Learning/GPU software or hardware is a big plus. Able to perform installation of computer hardware and software according to instruction.Able to trouble-shoot and repair computer hardware and software according to instruction.
