It Consultant

We are a trusted technology company who implement and support IT solutions and business software across multiple market segments & industry verticals. As part of a growing team based in Epsom Auckland, you will be heading up the IT department.You will be working as both the Head of IT and Consultant. This is a diverse role that involves pre-sales, design, consulting, and day-to-day operational support. Your key responsibilities will include:Ability to provide technical designs and costings for IT services and solutions.Monitor and maintain various Cloud hosted resources.Help develop procedures and processes for ICT services and solutions.Manage the security of internal and client resources.Manage and monitor backup technologies.Manage internal and client IT infrastructures.Handle technical escalations and incident resolution.Ensure high uptime of all systems.This is a challenging and rewarding IT role reporting to the company Directors, and accordingly has a rewarding remuneration package including a company car.
