Mo te tunga | About the role: Managing the CIO's calendar; fielding and scheduling meeting requests using Outlook and partnering with the CIO to set expectations and priorities for the upcoming week.
Running financial processes like expenses and invoice processing (don't worry we will teach you how to use the systems).
Supporting in-office meetings and events, collaborating with key stakeholders.
Contribute ideas for improvement to systems and process to effectively deliver administrative support services and to improve the customer experience.

The appointing salary range for this role is $63,140 - $69,248 per annum.
Appointments will be based on skills and experience (please note, the full salary range extends beyond this to allow for tenure progression).
