Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor

$125,000 – $170,000 per year depending on expWe are currently recruiting for two Quantity Surveyors for our client based in Porirua, Wellington. Intermediate and Senior level.Our client is a leading commercial construction company specialising in high-quality projects across various sectors including commercial and residential. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they strive to deliver superior results while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.Role Overview:They are looking for an Intermediate to Senior Level Quantity Surveyor who will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of their construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantity surveying, with proven experience in commercial construction. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, procurement, and contractual matters to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Experience with pricing is ideal!Qualifications and Skills:Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Desired but not essential.
