Join a workplace that values and celebrates individual differences.You will be supporting the Mechanical Engineering and Design team by:Applying mechanical engineering and design standards/codes/systems and processes under the guidance of the Lead Mechanical Engineer.Working closely with the mechanical/piping design team and other disciplines to facilitate their 3D modelling and 2D outputs.Specifying and detailing mechanical equipment and systems and supporting the follow-on procurement process.Delivering 'fit for purpose' solutions that meet the requirements of both end user requirements and the in-house fabrication team.Working with the Lead Mechanical Engineer to improve internal systems and software.You will have the following skills and experience:Broad knowledge and experience in latest technology and work methods.A sound working knowledge of mechanical design and construction of pressure piping and facilities and knowledge in pressure vessels and associated process equipment.Ability to lead and guide a team to deliver to clients.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate between Piping team and other disciplines.Solid Time management and Organisational skills.Proven problem-solving abilities and developing ability to self-direct in the pursuit of the same.To be considered and successful in this role you will have:5+ years previous experience in a relevant industry - Pharmaceutical, Food, Dairy, Oil and Gas or New Energy (note: late graduate engineers would be considered for this role)Relevant tertiary level qualificationDialog Fitzroy has established a reputation as a leading provider of engineering, construction and fabric maintenance services to the industry including: Energy, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Dairy and Infrastructure.
