About the role: This role is predominately commercial-based, and you will be a crucial part of a small team working on a mixture of commercial and residential construction projects.

Estimating and tenderingPreparing budgetsContract AdministrationPricing variationsEnsuring deadlines are metExperience:
Relevant New Zealand tertiary qualificationMust have a minimum 5 years experience working as a QS in New ZealandExperience with Aconex and Sage preferred, but not essentialExperience with NZ contracts, including government contractsExperience with Seismic strengthening, Commercial alterations, Residential and Fitouts Practical building experience preferredTeam player with the right attitudeExcellent communication skills, both written and oralExperience in renovations would be advantageous Benefits:
