We Go Beyond for A Safer World Te Turanga - The Role Join our SAP Project Team on a 2-3 month fixed-term basis as an Instructional Designer. This role will work closely with our SAP Change Management team and the Project Manager and is responsible addressing and bridging the gaps in our current SAP learning content, with the aim of facilitating effective knowledge acquisition. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Lagom, Tait Business Leads and SMEs, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists , the instructional designer will apply instructional design theories and methods as well as utilize all available tools to produce high quality learning content. The duties of the role will include: Identifying knowledge gaps through in-depth research, including consultations with internal and external stakeholders. Developing learning content to bridge any identified gaps as well as, engaging in a mindset of continuous improvement to assess the suitability of what is already being used. Modify and adapt existing learning content where necessary. Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that the content of learning materials, products and tools is 'fit for purpose' , consistent and is aligned with the requirements of the project. O pukenga - About You To be successful in this role, you will have excellent theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Instructional Design with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. As well as: Tertiary qualification in instructional design or a related field.
