Job Description
Unicom New Zealand Ltd is based in Auckland and focuses on telecommunication and IT solutions to various industry needs.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICT Project Manager to organise and coordinate our growing numbers of projects on hand.
Responsibilities:

formulating and directing information and communication technology strategies, policies and plans for different departments of the company
analysing information needs and specifying technology to meet the needs in relation to the ICT services that our company provides in respective ICT fields
directing the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training
ensuring the ICT resources are used in line with the regulation and requirements of the projects
directing ICT operations and setting priorities between system developments, maintenance and operations
overseeing the security of ICT systems 

 
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in the field of ICT management/computer science/computer engineering, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent problem-solving and management skills, with the capability to articulate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Inquisitive mind and motivation to learn new things
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Flexibility to work extra hours as needed to meet critical deadlines or address urgent issues.
 
Benefits:
A full-time permanent position with starting minimum hourly rate of $60 to $70 and a higher rate negotiable in line with your skills and experience
Standard 40 hours/week (minimum 30 hours/week) and a healthy work-life balance
