We are a forward-thinking Digital team dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in assisting our transition from an Oracle SOA implementation to a modern API Management system using Azure APIM. You will be a key resource during transition taking ownership of APIs into BAU and resolving any issues.
You will work closely with the Project Manager creating APIs and provide expertise on complex integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of a robust and secure API ecosystem. Other roles you will interact with include Business Analysts, and Testers, and our Vendor, to ensure that effective and efficient acceptance testing occurs to provide business stakeholders with confidence in the delivered solution.
To be successful in this role you will be able to communicate effectively, have good attention to detail, the ability to learn rapidly and be focused on delivering high-quality outcomes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on people-related change to form the delivery model and change approach.
Drive the Change Management Plan.
Accountable for the change strategy, impact, process, and support.
Driving alignment and clarity.
Planning and coordinating change activities.
Defining the transformation journey.
Works closely with Technical Delivery Leads and Test Leads providing support.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain a long-term focus on product quality.
Benefit management realization in supporting the project and proving value to stakeholders, minimizing resilience.
Guiding transition working with business services and third parties aligning expectations and timings.
Achieving desired outcomes ensuring process changes are aligned with the business and work as it follows through to the new team.
Qualifications:
Formal Change Management Qualifications (highly advantageous).
Varied Change Management Engagements across multiple organizations.
Strong Understanding of Change Management frameworks & methodologies.
Ability to develop and implement effective change strategies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in providing training and support during periods of organizational change.
You will also have:
5+ years of proven experience in Change Management roles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Experience working in Agile frameworks using ADO.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $103,226 and $144,034 based on skills and experience.
