Due to some significant project wins and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to expand our modelling team with a new Hydraulic Modelling Discipline Lead role. A dual opportunity, the Discipline Lead role will be performed in conjunction with your position as a Principal Modeller.

We provide a comprehensive array of services to support communities—encompassing hydraulic modelling, innovative conceptual planning, investigations and optioneering, asset management, and system enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring workloads and resourcing are managed and utilised effectively.
Technical development of hydraulic modelling team members.
Coordinating the development and use of materials and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
Contributing to hands-on technical project work.
Being the key point of contact for our clients.
