CLIENTS: The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades working out of our Christchurch office in Paragon Place. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Workload will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance works BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE HVAC trade qualified and registered Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety Excellent written and spoken English Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch) Cushman & Wakefield's remuneration package includes: Guaranteed 44 hours per week Free Life and Income replacement insurance Discounted Medical cover Access to Marram Trust holiday / medical program Mobile technology (smart phone and tablet) for work dispatch.
