You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, overseeing the budget, coordinating logistics, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget. The successful candidate will collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, materials, and labour. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to meet all project requirements.Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that the work is conducted in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality regulations.Budget & Financial Management: Ensure that all projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality and safety standards. Provide accurate project status reports and ensure financial targets are met.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, including technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel. Offer guidance, support, and training to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively.Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.Quality Control & Compliance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards and complies with New Zealand's building codes and environmental regulations. Address any issues or defects promptly.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. Present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and enforcing safety protocolsQualifications & Skills:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the HVAC industry.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industry codes, and relevant New Zealand regulations.Proven track record of successfully managing complex HVAC projects from start to finish.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SimPRO)Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Relevant certifications in HVAC or Project Management.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
