Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Health Hawke's Bay – Te Oranga o Te Matau-a-Maui is the region's single Primary Health Organisation (PHO), covering a population of approximately 170,000.

This is a newly established permanent role that provides you a fantastic opportunity to gain and develop experience across all HR functions.
As the HR Coordinator you will play a key role in enabling our team to work effectively, whether it be drafting people paperwork, coordinating recruitment, conducting reporting, keeping on top of file management or supporting projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: Undertaking all administration and coordination related mahi to the kaimahi lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and supporting the roll out of a new engagement project.
Assisting with the development, implementation and evaluation of HR processes and resources Providing first tier information and support, within scope of practice, on enquiries, HR policies, processes, and tools to Pou Whakahaere (managers) and kaimahi You will have some HR experience, understand the basics of employment related legislation and be highly organised with the ability to balance priorities and deliver on time.
You will have excellent digital literacy skills and bring your curiosity and enthusiasm to add value to our mahi.
It is essential that you have loads of initiative, be innovative and be keen to take ownership of your mahi.
Experience in using Sharepoint and in developing templates and documents would also be an advantage.
You will also have: A sound knowledge of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and be an advocate of our Ka Hikitia strategy The ability to work quickly and be flexible in responding to a variety of situations Knowledge around the kaimahi lifecycle and an understanding of key HR practices Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential) Health Hawkes Bay welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
