The role will be based in our Parnell offices.Reporting to the National HR Manager, the HR Consultant will work closely with the wider Infrastructure Projects team to provide an effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR services to the Infrastructure Projects business.This is a hands on, operational HR role that will work with the business as a trusted advisor on day to day HR issues and input into our HR strategy and practices that enhance and develop the ability to deliver sound HR support to our Managers. This role will also have the opportunity to get involved in setting up the HR practices for our larger projects.
