Witharound 120 people across the store, we're looking for a skilled HR professionalthat can positively influence, manage, and communicate effectively with our diverseteam.The RoleStandard hours – Monday toFriday.In this hands-on HR/Compliancerole, you'll engage directly with our staff and customers, managing any issuesthat arise in a professional and personable manner. You'll have the opportunityto get stuck in with recruitment, performance management, health and safety andstaff development.As a 7 day a week business some weekend work and/or contact will be required.Ensure appropriateprocedures for recruiting staff is followed utilising reference checking,succession planning, advertising strategies and meeting all legislativerequirements.Induction, onboarding,training, and developmentWork closely with the OwnerOperator, Operations Manager(s), Department Managers and Supervisors,Payroll/HR AdministratorLead and support thePerformance Management Program within the store, advising departmentmanagers with conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.Ensure all Health &safety and Food safety procedures and systems within the store that theyare appropriately maintained at a level which ensures compliance in allaudits.Investigate accidents,undertake hazard reviews and work with the Health & Safety WorkingGroup and Management Team to continually develop a 'Safety' culture.Oversee food safety,ensuring all records and processes meet the requirements of our FoodControl Plan.What'sin it for you?The ability to drive something within a flexibleand creative working environment – if there's a better way, get it done!This is a great opportunity to sink your teethinto a new challenge and provide HR support to a successful store.Staff DiscountCompetitive RemunerationAboutyou:You're apassionate people focused individual who can make a strong, positive, personalimpression on others.
