About the role
Due to our own growth and that of our clients, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers variety, impact, and flexibility. You'll have two core focus areas:
Client support: Partnering with clients to assess current HR practices, prioritise initiatives, develop, and implement best-practice solutions as part of our comprehensive talent delivery model. Each client engagement is unique, bringing variety to your role.
Internal HR Business Partnering: Working as an internal HR Business Partner, you'll help us establish HR best practices within HainesAttract and work with our leadership team to integrate them across the business.
We're looking for someone flexible, and ready to adapt to changing needs. This role suits someone seeking 15-25 hours per week, and we welcome a discussion on how to make this work for you.
What we're looking for:
HR experience: Sound knowledge and application of HR practices, from performance management, leadership development, remuneration, and employment relations. Ability to develop a suite of template solutions as required and deliver these to our clients.
Small business experience: Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses across a maturity spectrum. Ability to offer up best practice pragmatic solutions.
Consulting and partnership skills: Ability to confidently engage and influence effectively with leadership teams, drive through and embed change.
Sales orientation: Ability to identify broader business opportunities and collaborate internally to bring them to life.
Flexibility: As part of a small, agile team, we support each other and seek out opportunities to provide insights and add value.
