If you have prior experience as a Human Resources Business Partner and are looking to utilise this within an innovative and dynamic environment, then Synlait has the position for you! We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our People, Culture and Performance team based in our beautiful Dunsandel office.
Reporting into the HR Manager and working within the portfolio model, you will align closely with business leaders and manager to:
Build people and organisation capabilities by being a strategic partner to the business
Ensure there are recruitment and development plans and programs in place to build the future workforce
Consult with business leaders and collaborate with Centers of Experience to adapts/design processes to meet the changing and/or unique business needs to instill positive change
Monitor employee engagement and help leaders develop and implement improvement plans if required to ensure high levels of employee engagement
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become a trusted advisor to the business on multitude of levels. This includes but is not limited to a strategic partner, talent developer, employee advocate and an HR functional expert.
Skills and Experience:
Alongside your consultative approach, your drive and enthusiasm and your subject matter expertise, it would be advantageous for you to have the following experience to be successful in this role;
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Psychology or Business-related subjects
5 – 7 years’ experience in generalist HR management position delivering end-to-end HR processes
Knowledge of how organisations, teams and individuals effectively operate
Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to gain credibility and work effectively with others
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadline in a multi-tasking environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Strong data analytic skills and ability to provide insights.
