What you'll do…. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted leader and strategic ally to our Executive team and People Leaders at our National Sales Company (NSC) in East Tamaki, Auckland. Reporting to the HR Manager for Australia and New Zealand (located in Melbourne), this role encompasses the entire employee experience, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, talent identification, development, performance management, and the promotion of inclusive processes and policies. This position is vital for cultivating a positive workplace culture and providing strategic insights as part of the NZ Leadership team to enhance organizational effectiveness. Main Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including union representatives, to promote collaboration and improve communication.Deliver hands-on coaching and mentoring to People Leaders, empowering them to enhance performance and navigate disciplinary processes with confidence.Contribute significantly to all phases of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and termination, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all staff.Co-lead union negotiations with the Ford of Australia Labour team to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that strengthen labour relations.Collaborate closely with our Safety and Training Specialist to promote and uphold a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.Lead employee engagement initiatives by analysing survey results and partnering with People Leaders to create actionable plans that boost workplace satisfaction.Manage the administration of our pension fund, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective in supporting employees' financial well-being.
